KVKK Disclosure (Data Protection)

Your personal data is processed by ELLY & JACK E-COMMERCE (“Job Foxy”) as data controller.

To provide our services we process the following categories of personal data for the purposes stated:

  Identity and contact data (name, email): creating and managing your account and communicating with you.

  Account and authentication data (password hash; basic profile from Google/LinkedIn sign-in): secure login.
• ✓
  Resume and career data (resumes you upload, job descriptions, cover letters): resume analysis, job matching and personalized feedback.
• ✓
  Voice and interview data (mock-interview audio): transcription and evaluation of your answers; deleted after processing unless you choose to save it.
• ✓
  Payment data (subscription data processed via Stripe; full card numbers are not stored on our servers): managing subscriptions and payments.
• ✓
  Usage and security data (cookies, pseudonymous analytics): improving the service and keeping it secure.
• ✓
  Marketing-consent data (where you give explicit consent): sending newsletters and career content; you can opt out at any time.

To deliver the service, and limited to that purpose, your data may be transferred to the providers of our technical infrastructure and software: OpenAI for AI processing; Supabase for data hosting; Stripe for payments; Deepgram for speech-to-text; PostHog for pseudonymous analytics; Resend for email delivery.

As some of these providers are located abroad, your data may be transferred outside Turkey within the scope of Article 9 of the KVKK. Where legally required, data may also be shared with authorized public authorities to the extent the law provides.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your personal data is collected electronically — wholly or partly by automated means — through our website, account and upload forms, cookies and similar tools.

Processing is based on the legal grounds in Article 5 of the KVKK: necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with our legal obligations, our legitimate interests (provided your fundamental rights are not harmed) and, where required (e.g. marketing), your explicit consent.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:

  Learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it.

  Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose.
• ✓
  Know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, in Turkey or abroad.
• ✓
  Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
• ✓
  Request deletion or destruction of the data within the conditions set out in the KVKK.
• ✓
  Request that corrections and deletions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred.
• ✓
  Object to an outcome against you that results solely from automated analysis of your data.
• ✓
  Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your data.

To exercise the rights above, send your requests to support@jobfoxy.com. Under Article 13 of the KVKK, your request will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest; where the process entails a cost, the tariff set by the Board may apply.
